Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-10-25. Prepared for operator review before release.
Using the service
These terms describe use of Luo Chat by Luo’s Creations. The product minimum age is 12; registration below 18 also requires verified guardian authorization and remains closed until the approval system and safety controls are ready. Use only accounts you own or are authorized to use and comply with applicable law. Contact creationslous@gmail.com with questions.
Account security
Provide accurate registration details and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly without sending your password or login links.
Acceptable use
Do not harass, exploit children, distribute malware, impersonate others, infringe rights, send spam, evade access controls, scrape private information, or interfere with the service. Security research must avoid accessing other users’ data or disrupting service.
Your content
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to operate the service and features you choose. Obtain permission for media, music and personal information you share. Audience settings do not prevent recipients from making independent copies.
Moderation and termination
We may restrict unlawful, abusive or security-threatening activity and suspend affected accounts where appropriate. Contact support to request review. You may stop using the service or request account deletion through the available controls.
Availability and important limits
Features can change or be unavailable. Calling is not an emergency service. Do not rely on Luo Chat as your only copy of important information. No uptime, error-free operation or end-to-end encryption guarantee is made. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived.
Payments and software license
No paid offer is introduced by these terms. Any future paid feature requires advance pricing, cancellation and refund terms. The separate EULA addresses installed software.
Disputes and changes
Contact support first so we can try to resolve concerns. These terms do not remove protections or remedies required by applicable law. The operator must finalize its legal identity, address and jurisdiction-specific provisions before public release; no arbitrary governing law or arbitration requirement is asserted.
