Limited license
Subject to the terms of service and applicable law, Luo’s Creations grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use authorized Luo Chat software for its intended purpose. You do not acquire ownership of the software.
Restrictions and exceptions
Do not redistribute malicious or misleading modified builds, bypass access controls or use the software unlawfully. These restrictions do not override rights granted by applicable law or licenses for open-source components.
Content, privacy and updates
You retain your content rights as described in the terms. The privacy policy explains data use. Updates may change features or require compatible hardware. Remove the app or cease use if you no longer agree, subject to mandatory rights.
Open-source software
Dependencies retain their own licenses. Distribution of an APK must include the notices required by its bundled components. No third-party trademark or SDK license is granted by this agreement.
Accounts and connected features
This license does not grant access to another person’s account, conversations or files. Network features require an authorized account and may require an internet connection, supported browser or compatible device. Camera, microphone and notification features require the permissions described in the privacy policy.
Your content is separate
Installing or using Luo Chat does not transfer ownership of your messages or media to the software operator. Processing and sharing content remain governed by the terms of service, your selected audience and the privacy policy. This software license does not authorize advertising use or public reuse of private conversations.
Updates and compatibility
Software updates may fix defects, address security issues or change compatibility. Keep important information backed up independently. Luo Chat calling is not a replacement for emergency services, and a compatible device or available network does not guarantee every optional feature will work.
Ending use and mandatory rights
You may stop using or uninstall the software. Uninstalling alone does not submit an account-deletion request or erase recipients’ copies; use the account and device-storage controls or contact support. Nothing in this draft excludes consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Status and review
This is an original draft, not a Termly or TermsFeed-generated agreement. The operator must complete an owner-controlled generator questionnaire or legal review and approve final identity, jurisdiction, liability and distribution provisions before shipping an installed-app release.
